My first transceiver was an Icom 706 MK 2, the only issue of this type in that time in our city, I say hihi.
This one I bought from YO 5 OYP (NELU), by all the money of the house.
Home I used to work with a CB antenna 28 Mhz, while on ultrashorts I used one Daimond dual bend, on 2m and on 70 cm bend, altought I didn't have a vhf transceiver.
On mobile radio I worked with a Sirio dual bend antenna and of course a CB Prezident antenna (Alabama), which also provides me to receive other shortwaves.

Today I have two transceivers, one Icom 7400 and one Icom 7000.
Certainly the number of my antennas multiplied from two to many...
